Clarena N. Spencer, DPhil, Educational Leadership. Dr. Spencer is the Registrar and Academic Dean of Studies at OASIS.  She has served also at Oxford Graduate School as Administrative Assistant to the President and Director of Student Services. She was involved in a technical support capacity at the Bridge of Hope (a home for disadvantaged children) in east Trinidad. Dr. Spencer served as an examiner in Information Technology with CXC and previously taught at Holy Name Convent in the areas of Information Technology and Mathematics. She currently teaches Information Technology and Statistics at OASIS University and at Oxford Graduate School. Dr. Spencer has a special interest in at risk primary and secondary school students and the relationship between academic achievement and interpersonal and spiritual relationships.
