Terrance Jurawan obtained his qualifications at the University of the West Indies and Washington International University. He was employed at the Public Service from 1973 to 2015. During this tenure he functioned in several capacities including Chief Executive Officer, Permanent Secretary and Technical Advisor to the Minister of Public Utilities.

He has been lecturing at the tertiary level for over fifteen years with a focus on Organization Development, Local Government studies, Leadership, Coaching and Mentoring. His main objective in lecturing is to equip individuals with the tools which they require to fulfil God’s mandate for them on this earth.
