Edmund has over 10 years professional experience and is currently the Head of Risk and Compliance at NCB Global Finance Limited. Prior to joining NCBGF he was a Manager of Advisory Services at PwC Trinidad where he served as project manager or team member on insolvency, due diligence reviews, forensic investigations and strategic planning assignments.  During these assignments he served as Receiver’s and Liquidator’s Agent in the retail, hospitality, oil and gas, manufacturing and financial sectors.  He further developed expertise financial and management accounting, human capital management, compliance, marketing and negotiations.

Edmund holds a B.Sc. in Management Studies (Hons) with a minor in Finance from the University of the West Indies and is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (“CIRA”). He is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“FCCA”), a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago ("ICATT") and the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors ("AIRA").
 
In addition to his professional life Edmund serves on the Credit Committee of the NEXUS Credit Union for the last year and has been a Director of the Shalom Credit Union Cooperative Society Limited for the last 8 years.  He also supports the Curepe-Pentecostal Empowerment Ministries International serving as a member of the Board of Governors.  Edmund is married to Ms Krystle Roland-Phillips and they have two boys.
